I consciously choose to live an authentic and vibrant life in the highest degree of love, freedom and devotion that I can access at any given moment...but it has not always been this way.
After more than 15 years in the corporate world of consulting and fashion, I collapsed into an extreme degree of burn out. I spent 4 months in a body almost empty of life. I understood that I had spent my life chasing goals that had nothing to do with my truth and wishing for fleeting happiness. Tired of pushing, I decided it was time to stop and embark on a journey of searching and reconnecting with my energy and my most authentic essence.
10 years later, and already fully dedicated to coaching, energy work and spirituality, I experienced for the first time the awakening of the Kundalini energy in my body. That day I felt life and the whole universe vibrate within me and a new world of sensations and possibilities opened up. New perspectives and new ways of looking at life. I understood how disconnected I had been from my body, my energy and my true power. And I committed to deepen this path and share it with others.
Today I am a totally different woman than I was a few years ago: I love my body, I radiate joy, confidence and I feel free and full of energy. I never imagined that life could be so expansive and abundant. Now I know it is possible.
That is why I have created Kundalini Alchemy School, a platform where I pour my heart to share with you the practices and teachings that will allow you to reconnect with your essence and your unlimited potential through your body and your own energy. Everything you need is already within you.
In our work I help you explore and activate your vital energy (also called Shakti or Kundalini energy) so you can begin a deep process of personal and spiritual transformation that will allow you to remember who you really are and create a more authentic life aligned with your truth.
