Kundalini Shakti Alchemy School is a space for training and mentoring created by Paula Sanlo, dedicated to working with Kundalini energy, the expansion of consciousness, and non-duality, through an integrative, embodied approach that is deeply respectful of the physical and energetic body.

After many years of experience (over 7,000 in-person clients) and exploration of different approaches to energetic work, one essential truth became clear: for this work to be truly transformative and sustainable, it is necessary to return to its original frequency. A feminine frequency that does not arise from force or control, but from the feminine, from receptivity, devotion, and respect for the natural rhythms of the body and the nervous system.

The Sacred Feminine is not presented as a concept or an aesthetic, but as the foundation from which this path is held: a way of relating to energy that honors sensitivity, deep listening, and real integration into everyday life.

In order to honor integration and transformation, feminine energy must be held by the masculine: the training unfolds within an energetically held space and conscious presence that allows deep processes to unfold without overwhelming the system.

Our approach integrates both the feminine principle — energy, listening, intuition, flow, and surrender — and the masculine principle — consciousness, structure, clarity, knowledge, and the capacity to hold.

At the School, the work with Kundalini Shakti is grounded in the meeting point between science and spirituality: the understanding of the nervous system, somatic experience, and the energetic dimension coexist with a sacred view of the process, where consciousness expands organically when the body and the nervous system feel safe and supported.

We create ceremonial spaces in which the sacred acts as a container so that we may bring the frequency of Shakti, the Divine Mother, into the body.

This is the axis from which all trainings and experiences offered by the School are developed.

This path draws in beings who resonate on the same frequency and, upon meeting, recognize each other and walk side by side in the process of remembering who they are.
