What is Kundalini Shakti Alchemy?
Kundalini Shakti Alchemy is an energetic practice of personal and spiritual development that works with the activation of the vital Kundalini Shakti energy from an embodied, conscious approach that is respectful of the body and the nervous system. The aim is to support spiritual awakening, the expansion of consciousness, and physical, emotional, and energetic healing through the awakening of Kundalini energy.
Through energetic transmission and resonance with the facilitator’s field, the energy begins to awaken and circulate naturally, allowing processes of release, regulation, and transformation at the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
As the energy begins to circulate, accumulated tension and trauma stored in the body are released, and a deep neural reconnection and reconfiguration of the central nervous system takes place. This process can bring up beliefs, emotional patterns, memories, and other limiting blocks, opening a real process of transformation and expansion of consciousness.
The awakening of Kundalini Shakti energy is not a superficial process. For this reason, this work requires presence, responsibility, and conscious guidance.

Kundalini Shakti Alchemy School is a space for training and guidance created by Paula Sanlo, dedicated to working with Kundalini Shakti energy, the expansion of consciousness, and non-duality, through an integrative, embodied approach that is deeply respectful of the physical and energetic body.
After many years of experience (over 7,000 in-person clients) and exploration of different approaches to energetic work, one essential truth became clear: for this work to be truly transformative and sustainable, it is necessary to return to its original frequency.
