What is Kundalini Alchemy?
Kundalini Alchemy is a holistic practice of personal and spiritual development that activates our vital Kundalini energy (also know as Life Force energy) through energy transmissions or resonance with the facilitator's energy field.
The awakening and circulation of energy allows a process of liberation and transformation at the physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels. Through the release of stored tension and trauma in the body, a brain rewiring and a reconfiguration of the central nervous system happens. This helps diminish problems such as anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic fatigue, in addition to expanding our consciousness and reconnecting with our divinity.
In Kundalini Alchemy, practices such as conscious breathing, meditation, movement and sound can also be integrated to prepare the body for energy awakening. This integrative approach helps the activation process to be safe and gradual.

Hi, I'm Paula.
Forever student, creator of ceremonial spaces, passionate about life, with inexhaustible energy and insatiable curiosity. I choose to live authentically and vibrantly, with as much love, freedom and devotion as possible in every moment. But it was not always like that.
My 15+ years in the corporate world of fashion was a continuous push chasing a "success" that came with a great deal of emptiness, extreme burn out and chronic anxiety that almost destroyed my body. I had become disconnected from my body, my energy and my true power. The only way was coming back to myself.
The first time I experienced the awakening of the Kundalini energy I felt life and the whole universe vibrate within me and a new world of sensations and possibilities opened up. New perspectives and new ways of looking at life. At that moment, I committed myself to deepen this path and share it with others. I never imagined that life could be so expansive and abundant. Now I know it is possible.
That is why I have created Kundalini Alchemy School, a platform where I pour my heart to share with you the practices and knowledge that will allow you to reconnect with your essence and your unlimited potential through your body and the awakening of your own Kundalini energy.
